Abstract:This paper discusses the technical principles and application cases of skin-on-a-chip in cosmetic safety evaluation and efficacy evaluation. Through the detailed introduction of the skin-on-a-chip technology, including its construction method, key technologies and performance characteristics, the specific application in the evaluation of cosmetics irritation, phototoxicity, whitening, anti-wrinkle and other aspects is analyzed, and the practical case is combined with in-depth analysis, to reveal the application potential and value of skin-on-a-chip in the field of cosmetics. At the same time, the current challenges and future development trends of skin chip technology are comprehensively analyzed to provide scientific reference and guidance for the cosmetics industry to better apply this technology.
