This paper discusses the technical principles and application cases of skin-on-a-chip in cosmetic safety evaluation and efficacy evaluation. Through the detailed introduction of the skin-on-a-chip technology, including its construction method, key technologies and performance characteristics, the specific application in the evaluation of cosmetics irritation, phototoxicity, whitening, anti-wrinkle and other aspects is analyzed, and the practical case is combined with in-depth analysis, to reveal the application potential and value of skin-on-a-chip in the field of cosmetics.
