Three-dimensional Fluorescence Combined with Second-order Calibration Method Used for the Rapid and Simultaneous Quantification of Arbutin and Resveratrol in Toner

熊果苷和白藜芦醇是重要的美白和抗氧化成分,广泛应用在化妆品爽肤水中,其含量会影响产品的美白效果。因此,开发一种绿色、快速、简便、灵敏度高的三维荧光光谱结合二阶校正分析法对于爽肤水质量控制至关重要。即使爽肤水荧光分析中存在严重的重叠峰和未知干扰,交替三线性分解算法也可快速准确定量爽肤水中熊果苷和白藜芦醇,它们的平均加标回收率接近100%。此外,还进行了品质因子以及日内和日间精密度结果的评估,利用高效液相色谱 - 荧光检测法来验证了所提方法的准确性和可靠性。
Abstract:Arbutin and resveratrol are important whitening and antioxidant ingredients, widely used in cosmetic toners, and their content affects the whitening effect of the product. Therefore, developing a green, fast, simple, and highly sensitive three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy combined with second-order calibration analysis method is crucial for the quality control of toners. Even in the presence of severe overlapping peaks and unknown interferences in fluorescence analysis, the alternating trilinear decomposition algorithm can rapidly and accurately be used for the quantification of arbutin and resveratrol in toner, with their average spiked recoveries close to 100%. Additionally, evaluations of figures of merit, as well as intra-day and inter-day precision results, were conducted. High-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection was utilized to verify the accuracy and reliability of the proposed method.
