甘草次酸作为甘草酸在体内的代谢物,是甘草发挥药理作用的关键所在。本文首先概述甘草次酸的制备方法,进而重点探讨其在抗氧化、抗菌抗病毒、抗炎及抗过敏等多方面的生物活性及其作用机制,旨在系统总结甘草次酸的护肤功效,为其在功能性护肤产品中的创新应用与安全高效开发提供坚实的理论支撑。
Abstract:Glycyrrhetinic acid, as a metabolite of glycyrrhizic acid in the body, is the key to the pharmacological effects of licorice. In this paper, the preparation methods of glycyrrhetinic acid were summarized, and its biological activities and mechanism of action in anti-oxidation, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic aspects were discussed. The purpose of this paper is to systematically summarize the skin care efficacy of glycyrrhetinic acid, and to provide a solid theoretical support for its innovative application and safe and efficient development in functional skin care products.
